Teen Classes
Drop-in Classes (can be booked with also be booked with the 5-Class Teen Pass)
Teen Training (12-18 years approx.): A bi-weekly 45 minute class where your child will participate in a mix of strengthening and stretch-based exercises, getting familiar with the different pieces of equipment. This is a great way for your child to improve their physical fitness and optimize their sport performance.
